Paul started his career path as a coach in the exercise and health industry in 1996 as the first strength and conditioning intern coach at the United States Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, CA. There he worked with several athletes who participated in the Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA.

After obtaining his B.S. in Fitness Management from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania, he became the first Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Canisius College in Buffalo, NY. While at Canisius, Paul worked with the school’s 22 Division I-A teams and over 500 athletes. Upon graduation with his M.S. in Exercise Science, he started Siena College’s first strength and conditioning program. He worked with the school’s 360 athletes and 19 Division I-A athletic teams for over three years.

Paul started his own business in 2001 practicing a holistic approach in supporting people to improve their health, vitality and performance.   In 2003 Paul recognized his clients’ need for specialized bodywork. He went back to college to obtain his A.S. in Massage Therapy from Columbia-Greene Community College and became NYS Licensed Massage Therapist.  During his return to school he also studied to become a Paul St. John Certified Neuromuscular Therapist. Paul holds numerous certifications in corrective exercise, strength & conditioning, holistic health and healing. Most recently his personal growth has led him to greater offerings as a life coach. He was a part of the inaugural class of students to graduate from Elementum Coaching Institute as a Master Coach. Paul served on the Elementum faculty the following year as teacher's assistant. Paul David Healing Arts represents a culmination in his personal healing and professional growth. He is consistently developing therapies and techniques that he shares to support individuals' healing and self-reliance.
