This is an ongoing 6-class series focusing on embodying skills and strategies to free you from constant worry, low energy, poor focus, self doubt, reoccurring discomforts and poor sleep. Please wear attire that allows for comfortable movement. Please bring water, a pillow(s), yoga/exercise mat or blanket, journal and pen.
This class supports us discovering and embodying low energy awareness. Being aware of our energy helps us make choices to avoid or reduce stress-responses. Noticing when our energy is low; starting to feel tired or already tired, even exhausted, presents us with a choice. If we choose to build our energy, we can be more resilient. We will create 3-personalized energy building practices, and learn strategies to implement.
Removing roadblocks is becoming aware of why we are "stuck" in a pattern of stress and disempowerment. In addition to creating awareness of why, we will also instill confidence to do what is necessary to remove the block. This class supports us in removing roadblocks that impair our ability to navigate stress effectively. Our focus will strengthen as we embody the personalized methods of recognizing roadblocks, changing patterns and incorporating new ways to navigate stress effectively.
Body Connection is understanding our body's language, AND choosing to listen and respond. This class supports us in embodying a 5-step process of listening and learning our body's way of communicating when we are tired, need rest, need sleep, need to move, need to breathe and when we need to express ourselves.
Open to your ease in doing life. Learn to make choices to create, maintain and regain ease. Steady, patient, slow, pace, rhythm...This class helps us recognize when we are racing, going too fast, pushing, trying, over-functioning, and embodying 3-personalized methods of resetting our ease.
Release, relax, release, relax...We can learn to let go. We can learn to acknowledge and move big feelings. This class supports us with built-up hard feelings, moving through emotions and uncomfortable feelings. We will learn how to create releases and embody 5-personalized techniques to let go, release and regulate our bodies.
