There are contraindications to participation in breathwork classes: pregnancy, history of seizures, epilepsy, or serious medical conditions. Please consult your doctor if you are unsure and would like to participate. This is a multi-section class that includes 4 sessions focusing on strengthening, releasing stress, powering up immunity and nurturing to optimize healing and recovery. Please wear attire that allows for comfortable movement. Please bring water, a pillow(s), yoga/exercise mat or blanket, journal and pen.

Embody several skills to nurture your body, mind and spirit. This class consists of slow breaths, and subtle techniques that allow your body to rest deeper, let go and receive. These techniques are profoundly helpful in healing injuries, recovery for sports and intense activities and building more resilience to stress.
Embody your way of increasing your body's strength. This class consists of performing activities of daily living with personalized breathing techniques. Your strength increases as you learn to breathe at certain times while you are doing the everyday activities.
